GCSE Science Options
In this video, Excel in Key Subjects Principal, Mr. Idris Musty explains the various GCSE Science options available to students. The main explanation covers the difference between Core Science, Additional Science and the more traditional Triple Science. It is also worth bearing in mind that the GCSE science options chosen can have an impact on A Level subjects studied and access to University courses.

In this short video, Excel in Key Subjects Principal, Mr. Idris Musty talks about the importance of KS3 and GCSE study and the implications KS3 outcomes can have on GCSE study. This can be of particular importance when it comes to subject streaming and making sure your child can achieve the highest possible grades. Of particular relevance is the fact that the top GCSE grades may not be awarded to students in lower ability sets.
